JustFile Services provides tax filing, GST compliance, business registration, legal documentation, and related advisory services. All services are subject to the client providing accurate and complete information and documents.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, documents, and timely responses. JustFile Services is not liable for delays or errors resulting from incomplete or incorrect information provided by clients.

3. Fees and Payment

Service fees are discussed and agreed upon before work begins. Fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. Additional charges may apply for government fees, stamp duties, or any additional services not included in the initial scope.

4. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information. Documents and data shared with JustFile Services are used solely for the purpose of providing the requested services.

5. Limitation of Liability

JustFile Services shall not be liable for any penalties, fines, or consequences arising from delays caused by government portals, client-provided incorrect information, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and the jurisdiction of courts in Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh.
